Drunk Elephant Pekee Bar:

When my skin is feeling extra sensitive I like to opt for a gentle cleanser like this one, although it's a cleansing bar it never dries my skin out and never leaves it feeling stripped. When I use this cleanser my skin actually feels moisturised and balanced. It contains Antioxidant Rich Blueberry Extract that helps to neutralise free radicals and calm inflammation, Virgin Marula Oil helps to hydrate and nourish your skin and Honey has a healing effect on the skin.

*Zelens Z Balance Prebiotic & Probiotic Facial Mist:

After I cleanse I like to use this facial mist to hydrate my skin and prepare my skin for the steps that follow, This mist helps to support the skin's natural defenses whilst strengthening the skins barrier which is important whenever your skin is feeling overly sensitized.

Whenever I use this product my skin just looks healthy and it seems to work on any issues that I currently have going on.

*Dermalogica Barrier Defense Booster:

I personally believe that every skin type can benefit from using a face oil, especially this one. As soon as my skin feels sensitive or exposed to extreme weather conditions I apply this to my skin and it instantly feels soothed.

The product contains Oat Oil which helps to fight sensitivity and Squalane which helps to lock in moisture.

*Dermalogica Calm Water Gel:

My oily combination skin type still needs a moisturiser to keep my skin hydrated, I like this one from Dermalogica in particular because as the name suggests it feels like water on the skin and absorbs beautifully.

It contains Hyaluronic Acid which helps to lock in moisture alongside Apple Fruit Extract and Glycerin which help to hydrate and fight against dryness. It also contains Cactus Pear Extract which helps to soothe sensitivity.

I find this really good at calming my skin down and reducing redness, I like to use it either under or on top of the above mentioned Barrier Defence Booster and find the combination really good at keeping my skin in check.

*Clarins SOS Mask Comfort:

If my skin is feeling dry and needs a bit of a boost I instantly reach for this mask, it contains Wild Mango Butter that instantly hydrates and nourishes the skin. It can be left on like a traditional mask and rinsed off, but I tend to leave it on if I am at home working or overnight in place of my moisturiser to give my skin an extra dose of hydration.

Avène Cicaplast:

About a month or so ago I had a severe reaction to a product and this cleared it up in a matter of days, I applied it to the area at night like a mask and in the morning under my makeup to help repair my skin. It's super hydrating, moisturising and really helped to calm down redness and get rid of any flaky skin, I will always have this in my beauty cupboard as I know it works and is one I can always fall back onto.
