"The Australian Aesthetic is a section on my site which focuses on the products that have been created in the place where I have lived my whole life, Australia. We are so lucky in Australia to have so many healthy and beauty brands and this section of the site celebrates those brands."

The Beauty Chef is a brand that I have loved for over a few years now, the brand has a whole host of high quality products that can be used for inner and outer beauty with a few skincare products and inner beauty powders.

I have seen really amazing results from using the inner beauty powders and skincare products, here are my thoughts on the lineup:

*Probiotic Skin Refiner:
This products works like a chemical exfoliant, a chemical exfoliant is a product that uses some sort of acid to gently dissolve dead skin cells, as opposed to a mechanical scrub that uses grains to beads to slough away dead skin cells. This product contains one of my favourite skincare ingredients Lactic Acid that gives the skin a nice exfoliation, helping with the tone and texture of the skin.

This product also contains Probiotics which work to balance, hydrate and smooth out skin texture.

Our skin naturally renews itself every 28 days, as we get older unfortunately this process slows down so using a product like this on a regular basis will help to speed up that process. This allows the skin to absorb products more efficiently and gives the skin an instant glow.

I like using this product with a cotton pad or straight on with my hands after cleansing, avoiding the eye area.

*Beauty Fix Balm:
This product has become my travel essential, its a thick balm that really helps to moisturise the skin. It's especially good for super dry areas on the face or body and helps to calm down any redness on my skin.

It's key ingredients are a blend of Organic Amino Acid Peptides, Vitamins, Minerals and Fermented Coconut which all work to rejuvenate and nourish the complexion. This product helps to heal damaged skin, smooth fine lines, smooths skin texture and protects from environmental damage.

I love travelling with this product and using it on a daily basis to deal with any skin issues I have on any given day, it's one to always have in the beauty cupboard.

Body Inner Beauty Powder in Vanilla:
This is a powder that can be added to water, milk, porridge, muesli, yoghurt and smoothies. It contains  Plant Proteins,  Super Fruits, Vegetable, Alkalising Greens, Spices, Probiotics and Green Tea which all work together to nourish the body from inside out, the powder helps to boost your daily protein and nutrient intake.

When I have a smoothie with this powder in the morning mixed with bananas, blueberries and almond milk it really fills me up, It also helps to control my sugar cravings through the day which has always been an issue for me, so I'm so glad that I have found a product to help kick my cravings to the curb.

I have had stomach issues for as long as I can remember and I really feel like taking this powder has helped with a lot of the issues that I have had, I love knowing that I'm getting a lot of nutrients delivered to my body and the powder fits easily into my routine every morning.

Glow Inner Beauty Powder:
This is probably my favourite product in the lineup, I literally have this everyday either mixed into my smoothie or into yoghurt or just mixed with filtered water. The glow inducing powder contains twenty three superfoods and is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and amino acids.

My favourite part of the product is that it contains pre and probiotics which as I said earlier really help with all the stomach issues I have, I also find this powder like the one above helps with any cravings I have throughout the day and I really noticed a difference when I don't use it.
