Aesop Hwyl: A fragrance that completely surprised me and made me think about fragrance in a different way, it's green and spicy and mysterious, and it's one that I can't stop wearing. It has notes of Cypress, Frankincense and Vetiver. Glossier You Doux: Glossier launched two new fragrances towards the end of 2024, and this was my favourite out of the two. I like the original, but this one has a spicier element to it and still has the ambrox like the original. It contains notes of Palo Santo, Frankincense and Myrrh. Matiere Premiere Parisian Musc: I don't know what I was expecting when I tried this scent, but it was completely different to what I had in mind. I expected it to be quite heavy and floral, but it's more of a greener, fresher scent. It's warm and comforting and reminds me of summer; it contains notes of Virginia Cedar, Ambrette and Musk. Le Labo Santal 33: If you want to talk about icons then you have to include Santal 33 by Le Labo, to me it smells like leather and it's woody and warm on the skin, it is a stronger scent that I like to save for special occasions and it's one that I always like to have in my collection. It contains notes of Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Iris, Violet and Cardamom. Malin + Goetz Leather Perfume Oil: I love leather in scents, and this one is a great one. I like it because whilst it does smell like leather and woods, it's not too strong or overpowering. It contains notes of Lotus Flower, Pepper, Clove, Violet, Sandalwood and Leather. Glossier You: Completely different to everything else I have mentioned in the way that this more of a skin scent, on me it smells woody and warm and I feel like it just blends into my skin and with my own natural scent, I like wearing it on it's own or mixed with other fragrances. It contains notes of Pink Pepper, Iris, Ambrette Seeds and Ambrox.
