Elucent Skincare is one of the first brands that I ever reviewed for my site and will always have a special place in my heart and my beauty cupboard. There are two ranges in the lineup Anti Ageing and Whitening and today I will be talking about the Anti Ageing line.

The thing I love most about the brand is how high quality the products are, the formulations, ingredients even the smell of products feel very luxurious to me and it's nice to know that the products are at an affordable price and are available exclusively at My Chemist and Chemist Warehouse.

Here are some products I'm revisiting from the lineup...


Anti Ageing Gentle Cleanser:
A gel cleanser that contains 2% AHA's and Vitamins B3 & E, it works to cleanse and exfoliate the skin, our skin renews itself every 28 days but unfortunately as we age that process slows down so incorporating a cleanser like this one into your routine helps to speed up that process.

Using an exfoliating cleanser like this one will help to kick start your skincare routine, when the skin is properly exfoliated it also helps the products that you use absorb better therefore working to their best ability. I would use this cleanser in the morning as a first cleanse or a second cleanse at night after makeup removal.

It has a slight foam to it which I personally like, and gives the skin a deep cleanse.

Anti Ageing Day Moisturiser SPF50+:
As you should all know it's really important to be incorporating sun protection into your routine, it's nearly too early or too late to start. This product I love because it helps to moisturise your skin but at the same time contains an SPF of 50 that helps to protect your skin from the sun and from further UV induced damage.

The moisturiser contains 4% AHA's and Vitamins B3 & E which all work to add hydration and improves the tone and texture of your skin.

When using a range with AHA's  it's really important that you use a product like this that will help to protect your skin from the sun as it will be a little bit more sensitive than normal.

Anti Ageing Night Moisturiser:
This product is lush, it's a thick balm like consistency moisturiser but manages to sink into the skin instantly leaving it feeling hydrated and nourished in an instant. It contains 8% AHA's and Vitamins B3, E & C which all work to fight the visible signs of ageing and will help with uneven skin tone and the general firmness of the skin.

This product sits beautifully over serums and oils and forms a blanket like effect on the skin.
