GOOPGLOW Exfoliating Jelly Cream Cleanser: If you know me then you will know how much I love a good exfoliant so as soon as I saw this launch from GOOP become available, I immediately added it to my cart. I have to say this was my first purchase from the brand and I am really impressed, it contains Bitter Orange Peel which works as a natural exfoliant to slough away dead skin cells alongside Papaya and Pineapple enzymes that gently dissolve dead skin cells.
It's a mix of chemical and physical exfoliants so the way I use it is after I cleanse in the mornings I like to massage a small amount into my skin and leave it on for a few minutes and rinse it off either in the shower or at my basin, I like the physical scrub in this as it gives my skin a good exfoliation whilst still being gentle enough to use a few times a week.
I know that physical scrubs can be a bit of a controversial thing but I personally really like them and as my skin is prone to texture irregularities it really helps to keep my skin even-toned and smooth, I love the way this product smells as it has a zingy citrus scent to it that wakes my skin up in the mornings.
Kora Organics Minty Mineral Hydration Mist: I always use a mist after I cleanse morning and night, I have been doing it for so many years now that it has just become second nature to me, I find that it adds a layer of hydration to my skin and also allows the other products that I use afterwards absorb better.
This mist from Kora Organics is full of vitamins, polyphenols and minerals and does a wonderful job of keeping my skin hydrated and balanced, the mist itself is a nice fine mist that evenly disperses over my skin and doesn't leave my skin feeling too wet or too shiny but delivers the right amount of product and hydration to my skin and if I use it over makeup it also doesn't interfere with it.
Naked Sundays SPF50 Clear Glow Radiant Sunscreen Serum: As soon as I saw this product launch I immediately knew I would be purchasing it, of course being the beauty devotee that I am I wear sunscreen daily and I am always looking for new products to try so I can incorporate SPF into my routine as easily as possible.
This product from Naked Sundays is a sunscreen serum that contains a whole host of skincare ingredients that when applied to the skin feels like a primer, the brand says it can replace your serum, moisturiser and primer but I personally like applying it on top of my skincare, it is nice knowing though if I wanted to do a really quick skincare routine or I am travelling I can easily simplify my skincare routine with this product. It contains a blend of Squalane, Watermelon Extract, Kakadu Plum and Tomato Extract which work to hydrate whilst providing antioxidant protection to defend against daily stresses.
As I have oily-combination skin I tend to apply this on top of my serums, I find that it gives my skin enough hydration and sits well underneath my makeup and of course looks really lovely on its own. Even though it is a clear gel with no tint to it at all it somehow manages to blur my complexion and give it a semi-matte finish whilst still giving my skin a glow.
It feels really beautiful on my skin and makes it easy to wear my daily SPF.
*Emma Lewisham Supernatural Vitamin A Face Oil: I remember when this product first launched and how excited I was to try it, once I did and used it for a while I instantly knew that it would be a firm favourite in my routine. There's just something about it that I can't exactly put my finger on but it just makes my skin look clearer and it feels firmer when I use it consistently.
Being an oil consistency it does a really great job at keeping my skin moisturised and balanced, it contains ingredients such as Vitamins A & E alongside Backuchiol which is a natural alternative to retinol whilst a blend of antioxidants, amino acids and omegas add hydration and nourishment.
The thing I love most about this product is that whilst it contains a whole host of actives that are doing wonders for my skin it still keeps my skin balanced, it helps to keep my breakouts at bay and the overall texture and tone of my skin even. I know this product works well for my skin and I always want to have it in my beauty cupboard, at night when I do my skincare routine I don't always know what I want to use so I like having this nearby as my go-to.
This product is also available in a refill pouch meaning you can keep your original bottle and just refill from the packet when you are done.
